Dispatch times
Orders placed and paid for before 3pm UK time dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend dispatch the next working day.
Delivery times
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — typically next working day to mainland UK addresses (£4.99, FREE on Bitcoin orders).
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2 working days (£3.49, FREE on Bitcoin orders).
- Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands — usually 1–2 extra working days.
Packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded Royal Mail mailer or padded envelope. There are no pharmacy markings, no medication references and no return address that identifies us. Inside, you receive original sealed blisters with the patient information leaflet.
Tracking
You receive your Royal Mail tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched. Track at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Lost or delayed packets
Royal Mail classifies a packet as "lost" after 10 working days. If your tracking stops updating, email sales@orderdihydrocodeine.uk with your order number — we will open a Royal Mail claim and free-ship a replacement immediately. See refunds & returns.

We currently ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. We do not ship internationally.
