Refunds & Returns Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Email sales@orderdihydrocodeine.uk with your order number. Bank-transfer refunds typically land within 1 working day; Bitcoin refunds are sent within 1 hour.

Lost packets

Royal Mail classifies a packet as "lost" after 10 working days from dispatch. If your tracking does not update within that window, we file the claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and dispatch a free replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Damaged or defective blisters

Open the packet within 24 hours of delivery and inspect the blisters. If a blister is crushed, punctured, or otherwise damaged in transit, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We free-ship a replacement same-day.

Wrong product received

In the rare event you receive the wrong strength or pack size, email us within 48 hours. We dispatch the correct product immediately at our cost — you do not need to return the wrong item.

Refund timeline

Bank-transfer refunds: 1 working day to your UK bank. Bitcoin refunds: under 1 hour from confirmation.

Medical disclaimer

We cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed medication for safety reasons. Always read the patient information leaflet inside the pack before use. If you experience a serious side effect, stop use and seek urgent medical help.
